Technical Information for viewing
- To view programming on
you will need one of the following:
- A high speed internet connection. These types of connections include:
- DSL
- Cable
- Satellite (DirectTV, Dish Network)
- Ethernet
- T1
- T3
- Wireless Ethernet (connection may NOT be sufficient to view video streaming)
- All content is served with Quicktime - be sure you have the latest version.
- If you have problems viewing the broadcast - Check your browser's compatibility first
and then install Quicktime if needed or uninstall a previously installed program and then reinstall
the most recent version of
Quicktime for your operating system.
- Be sure to install the plug-in for your browser. This is a step during Quicktime installation.
When asked if you would like to install the plug-in, click yes and follow the instructions.
There are several user settings that you can modify after installation to suit your system and connection.

- There have been some reports of security firewalls blocking streaming content, especially if you are trying to view our programming
while at work. If you suspect this is the case, please contact your Network Systems administrator for
information regarding your network. In addition, if you have Zone Alarm installed on your personal computer,
it may be interfering with your ability to receive our streaming content. Click the link above for more information regarding this issue.
